Built on family. Guided by trust.
ARKSEDAN was founded in 2012 and named after my three children. My family has always been my greatest source of inspiration and pride — and a constant reminder of the values that matter most: trust, responsibility, integrity, and care.
Those same values are at the heart of ARKSEDAN today. Every client is treated with personal attention, respect, and the level of care I would expect for my own family.

Natalya Voroj, CPA
Natalya holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. Before founding ARKSEDAN, she built more than 25 years of accounting experience across general and public companies — financial reporting, tax compliance and advisory work at every stage of a business's life.
A Certified Public Accountant must meet the state’s education requirements, pass the Uniform CPA Examination and complete a defined period of supervised professional experience before the licence is granted, then keep it current with continuing education each renewal cycle. That foundation, plus two decades of hands-on client work, sits behind every engagement here.
Because tax and accounting advice affects your money and your standing with the IRS, the credential matters: it means the person advising you and signing your return has been trained, examined and licensed to do it. At ARKSEDAN, every return is reviewed and signed by a Certified Public Accountant.
The whole accounting cycle, in one place
The firm prepares individual and business returns, handles monthly and catch-up bookkeeping, administers payroll, assists with business formation and entity selection, and provides financial consulting for owners and high earners who want strategic input beyond an annual return.
Clients include W-2 earners with additional income, self-employed professionals and contractors, business owners filing S-Corp, C-Corp or partnership returns, real estate investors, and individuals with foreign income, FBAR or FATCA obligations. Several arrive needing to catch up on years of unfiled returns and settle prior-year IRS issues.

We serve English and Russian speaking clients
ARKSEDAN has served English- and Russian-speaking clients from the beginning. The South Florida Russian-speaking community has a strong business and professional presence, and working with an accountant in your first language removes a real barrier when the subject — taxes, payroll, entity structure — is already complex.
Natalya handles Russian-language work directly, not through an interpreter: clients across Florida, as well as clients in other states who would rather discuss their finances in Russian.
Florida — nationwide
The practice is based in Florida and works with clients nationwide. Most work happens remotely: documents uploaded, returns e-filed, consultations by phone or video. Geography has been largely irrelevant since 2012.
