Tax preparation & filing

We have prepared individual and business returns since 2012. Every return is reviewed and signed by a Certified Public Accountant, not assembled by software — federal, Florida and multi-state, for clients across the country, in English and Russian.

    What's included

    Every filing this practice handles

    Individual returns (Form 1040)

Wages, self-employment, capital gains, rental income, foreign income, K-1s and itemised deductions — multi-state filings included where they apply.

    Business returns

    S-Corp (1120-S), C-Corp (1120), partnership (1065) and single-member LLC Schedule C, with book-to-tax reconciliation and K-1 preparation.

    Multi-state and non-resident

For clients who work across state lines, relocate or own out-of-state property. Form 1040NR, composite returns and credit-for-taxes-paid calculations.

    Year-round planning

Quarterly check-ins, estimated payment guidance and moves made before year-end to lower the next return — not a once-a-year service.

    IRS notice and audit support

If the IRS writes about a return we prepared, we respond on your behalf: correspondence audits, examinations and representation where needed.

    Amended returns

Form 1040-X and business amendments to correct prior years, claim missed deductions or answer IRS adjustments.

    Questions

    About tax preparation

Something specific? Call (754) 400-2010 or send a message.

    Can you handle multi-state returns?

Yes. We routinely file in Florida plus other states for clients who work across state lines, own out-of-state rentals or relocate mid-year, and we calculate credits for taxes paid to other states so nothing is taxed twice.

Do you offer Russian-language tax service?

Да. Natalya is a native Russian speaker and handles Russian-language work directly — not through an interpreter — for clients across South Florida and nationwide.

What if I am missing documents or owe back taxes?

We help reconstruct missing records, file back returns, and work with the IRS on payment plans, offers in compromise or penalty abatement. Many clients arrive specifically to clear prior-year problems.

    How early should I start?

For individual returns, February is ideal. For business returns a December planning meeting often saves more than the preparation itself. New clients are accepted year-round, and extensions are filed when they make sense.

    How are fees set?

Fees follow the complexity of the return. You get a fixed quote after we review your intake form, and the initial deposit is credited toward the final invoice — no surprise charges.

Let's find out what your return actually needs.

Fifteen minutes on the phone, in English or Russian, and you will know the filings, the documents and the timeline.
